WHY ME ???

That's good question, I'm glad you asked.

Here are some questions that you could ask.

1.What is your experience?

I have been contructions arena for almost 6 years. I am experienced and I know what kind of design you like.

2.Ok then, what products do you use?

I use only the top of the line products. Many contractors in the cut throat construction business today use low quality products as it increases their slim profit margin, this I will never do.

3.Will you know my homes needs?

Yes. Preparation if the most crucial aspect of any project, and you can rest assured your home will be prepared properly.

4.Do you service my area?

If you are here, chances are good I service your area...I service the all area in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

5.Is your work guaranteed?

Of course. Your 100% SATISFACTION IS QUARANTEED.
If you are not delighted with my work I will make it right!!

6. Are you insured?
Yes, I'm insured for $10 million.

7. Do you give free estimates?

Yes, call now 012-3069050 and I will scheadule a time within 24 hours for your free estimate. It generally takes 30-60 minutes to write an informal estimate. I take the time to get a general idea of what the customer wants. I take some measurements, and calculate some man hours. The informal estimate is a ballpark, generally within 7-10% of the actual contract or firm qoute. It takes time to write a formal estimate (1.5-2 hours). I use estimating software for this so it needs to be done at the office. I always follow up the next day to ask if you would be interested in a formal quote which is very detailed.

My Story

To a certain extent I believe the art and craftsmanship of remodel the house has been lost, when I first started working in the construction arena 6 years ago..., I remember my previous bos tought me how to create a beautiful and high quality building.
We do alots of project from small projects such as a house renovation to a big and multi-million projects. I've learned alots about the project management and process that must be needed in the construction works.

If we leave out one of the "must do" process and surely the construction works will definately will turn out into a problem.

This is a totally true story of how I was taught of the construction works, I doubt very seriously that small contractor like me today, goes through with this process. But this process did produce a A1+ a high quality works.

In the late early years renovation contractors actually took alot of pride in the craft...

In those days the contractors did most of their construction works to achieve the desired of the customer wanted.

Today remodel the house is considered something that can be done by anyone. The craft part mostly had gone. Many shortcuts are taken to increase a slim profit margin.

In the early years there may be a few contractors in town, but today there are thousand of them. Many contractors focused in one area then "under-bidding" takes place in which one contractor will give you a price that he can make a profit and give the customer a good job, then someone else comes along and cuts that price, and then again someone comes along and cuts THAT PRICE.

Then what you get is a low quality renovation work because the
"under-bidding" has not allowed for a profit.

This is a practice that I saw time and time again. It gives the good contractors a bad name. I am a small start up company.. I will always strive to keep my overhead as low as possible, but I will always bid the job where I can stay in business and more importantly give the customer the very best job that can be had at any price.

My prices are fair and my work is A1+ high quality.

I appreciate your time and I want to earn your business!
